Why am I running for office? Because Lacey and Jordan made me. ?
… And because I feel the best way to make a difference (as well as gain insight into our industry, our association, and my own personal growth as an active REALTOR®) is to participate, listen, learn and offer assistance wherever needed. Being a current member on the Board of Directors has given me an opportunity to speak on behalf of many other REALTORS® and affiliates – to bring their thoughts, concerns, and opinions directly to our association where they can have a direct impact on discussions, changes and growth within our association, as well as our community and our own personal livelihood. We all can make a difference if we can be heard. To be a voice for those that wouldn’t otherwise have one, is a responsibility and a honor I take very seriously.

I am Tami Gooding, Associate Broker at 208 Real Estate and your 2019 Western Magic Valley REALTORS President.

I am running for State Director from the Western Magic Valley REALTORS because I love our profession, this association and my fellow REALTORS in the Magic Valley and across the State of Idaho. I have enjoyed serving on the local board and would love to continue to serve you and your interest on our local board and at the state level. I am always here to answer questions and help any of you, whether you are a seasoned agent or brand new to real estate. Please vote for me Tami Gooding as your State Director from WMVR. Thank you!

I am Cathy Brown, an Associate Broker with the Silvercreek Realty Group office here in Twin Falls. I have been in the real estate business since April 2009. After graduating college with a BS in Accounting, I worked for approx 15 yrs in the Accounting/Finance world and after that was kept busy raising 3 kiddos.
I am running for the State Director position for quite a few reasons…
* I like getting involved and learning about our industry issues that relate to the state level. There is so much to learn.
* I already have some experience, having previously held a one year position as State Director on the WMVR Board.
* I believe my accounting & financial background would be an asset to the Board.
* I enjoy working with others in the real estate industry to solve problems and come up with solutions.
* I love this crazy business!

2-year Director

I’m Deb Clough with Coldwell Banker Canyonside Realty. I am an Associate Broker and have a GRI and SRES designation. I’m a locally grown gal from the Magic Valley, born and raised. Previously, I owned a business in Twin Falls supporting the building industry with hard surface products and design for 17 years. I have a try passion for fur kids and work with several of the animal rescues in the area (I have 3 rescues of my own).

I love Real Estate, the Magic Valley and the incredible people in it. I’d like to help educate the community to know how passionate and big hearted Realtors are with local, regional and national issues, charities and much more. Being a part of the WMVR Board of Directors would be a wonderful opportunity to help in any way possible to make our association stronger and better for our future.

I am Grant Cooke, I’m a Realtor with 1000 Springs Realty in Hagerman Idaho.
Why I am running for office:
1. I was nominated by my fellow Realtors and see this as an opportunity to be more involved in the association.
2. As a board member I will work with the Board of Directors to help resolve the disconnect between the association and it’s members.
3. I will encourage the Board of Directors to make association offerings more available to ALL members and embrace the use of modern technologies to do so.
4. I will work with the Board of Directors to be more involved and bring training and activities to ALL communities in which we operate.
5. I will listen to the concerns of WMVR members and strive to be a voice for those concerns. I will be and Advocate for All.

I am Lin Gowan with dream big Idaho of the team one group. I also own Apricot Home consignments I have had my license for 12 years.
I am very passionate bout this community this is why I am a chamber ambassador and also in the Blue lakes rotary club and many other charity groups I help out. I am also on the WMVR communications committee and I am the chair of the social media work group.
I am running for the board of directors, for one to help the Association move into the future with new and exciting ideas, I also want to bring awareness to our committee that realtors are needed in our industry more then ever. I also believe as Realtors in the Magic valley we all doing the same things by helping our clients and we are all one big family with the same goals. I want to build better relationships between all of us as realtors to help our transactions go smoother, this will only help relieve the stress of home buying and selling for all our clients .
