Use your First and Last name on your profile.
be sure to have good lighting in front of you and close drapes / binds behind you so you are in the best light.
Dress for Success.
Don’t do anything you wouldn’t do in a live meeting, i.e. playing with hair, touching face, turning away.
Avoid items / people in your area that are a distraction to you or those viewing.
