Steps to get started

Complete the Pre-License Courses
Real Estate Pre-License consists of two one-week modules. Each module is 5 days 8 AM - 5 PM. WMVR offers these courses twice a year. Check our classes page to see the next available dates!

Take the Test
All Agents must pass the Idaho Real Estate Exam. There are multiple test centers in Idaho.

Apply for a License & Choose a broker
Visit www.dopl.idaho.gov to apply for your license.

Become A REALTOR®
REALTORS® are held to a higher standard than Real Estate Agents. Membership with the REALTOR® Association comes with many benefits, including forms tailored to Idaho Real Estate.
